Hello, I’m Lydia Grushevaia — Senior Designer specializing in UX and Packaging for Wellness Brands.
With over 7 years of cross-disciplinary design experience, I bring a holistic approach to creative problem-solving. My journey began in Moscow in 2017, and since then I’ve built a diverse portfolio spanning UX/UI design, packaging, brand identity, 3D modeling, stop motion, and content creation.
I focus on crafting intuitive digital experiences and thoughtful, sustainable packaging — primarily within the wellness and lifestyle industries. I began working with this company in 2022 as a freelancer, contributing to packaging design, illustration, and 3D modeling projects.
In March 2024, I joined the team full-time with a focus on UX design for the company’s website. Over the course of a year, through close collaboration with the team, we significantly improved the user experience, site structure, and visual language — resulting in increased engagement and overall platform performance.
During this time, we also successfully launched around 30 new products, including redesigned memberships and complex prescription-only kits.
In March 2025, I was promoted to Senior Designer.
In March 2024, I joined the team full-time with a focus on UX design for the company’s website. Over the course of a year, through close collaboration with the team, we significantly improved the user experience, site structure, and visual language — resulting in increased engagement and overall platform performance.
During this time, we also successfully launched around 30 new products, including redesigned memberships and complex prescription-only kits.
