Hello, I’m Lydia Grushevaia — Senior Designer specializing in UX and Packaging for Wellness Brands.
With over 7 years of cross-disciplinary design experience, I bring a holistic approach to creative problem-solving. My journey began in Moscow in 2017, and since then I’ve built a diverse portfolio spanning UX/UI design, packaging, brand identity, 3D modeling, stop motion, and content creation.
I focus on crafting intuitive digital experiences and thoughtful, sustainable packaging — primarily within the wellness and lifestyle industries. Alongside design, I have hands-on experience with social media strategy, content production, and campaign planning, allowing me to bridge the gap between visual storytelling and user engagement.

Work Experience

Senior Designer
The Wellness Company , 2022 - present

Started as a freelance designer in 2022, contributing to packaging design, illustration, and 3D modeling projects.
Joined full-time in March 2024 as a UX Designer, focused on enhancing digital experiences and expanding the brand’s presence across digital and physical products.
Promoted to Senior Designer in March 2025.

Key Accomplishments:
• UX & Web Design: Led a full website redesign, improving structure, usability, and visual consistency. Resulted in increased engagement and streamlined navigation.
• Brand Guidelines: Created and refined brand visual standards, unifying design assets across all touchpoints to reinforce brand identity.
• Modular Partner Pages: Designed a scalable layout system for partner pages—fast to customize, visually cohesive, and aligned with brand standards.
• Revive Packaging System: Designed packaging for a new product line (OTC + Rx), including multiple formats and 10+ custom hand-drawn illustrations.
• Content: Produced custom mockups, web graphics, and photography. Transitioned into art direction, crafting briefs and shot guides for the in-house team.
• Marketing Assets: Collaborated on Black Friday video campaigns and created digital ad and social media banners.
• Print Design: Designed all printed materials for medical kits—guidebooks and inserts—balancing visual appeal and clear user instruction.
